The room was okay, despite being an upgraded executive suite. The hotel had a musty smell.. Things were falling apart or broken, but the staff were all very kind and friendly.

The hotel is well worn. There were lots of items in disrepair in our room, including: missing vent grate in the bathroom; loose shower rod mount, loose lotion dispenser on wall; broken hot water faucet; empty shower gel dispenser, broken toilet seat (although still functional).

The location is nice but the building is in desperate need of remodel. There is an odor in the whole hotel, the carpet is very dirty and the rooms leave something to be desired. Disappointment from an Hilton property. Our room was very small but the view was great.

The phone didn't work. The outlet on the light that I needed for my CPAP isn't work. The internet wouldn't connect. The hallway smelled of marijuana. Other than that, the stay was great. Great view. Courteous friendly staff.

The hotel is outdated and due to its current state they shouldn’t charge what other Hilton-DoubleTree’s charge. They don’t have smart TV’s, they don’t have streaming apps, they don’t have movie channels, just basic cable. The breakfast is an absolute waste, $16.99 for a continental breakfast is insane…and it doesn’t provide juice. The walls are paper thin and with the wind blowing the door continuously shook. I pay more so I expect more, $377 for 2 nights with 10 year old amenities, that’s comical.
