Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, affordable, and in a great location easy access to stores, restaurants, and highway. Hotel did not have a hot breakfast which as very disappointing. Mostly grab and go items like bagels, toast, oatmeal, tea, coffee. No waffles, sausage, eggs, and things of that sort.

The stay was perfect and I really appreciate all the assistance from Sarah at the front desk. Everyone was so nice! The room was very clean and accommodating. The location was just right for shopping, eating and easy access to the highway. I couldn’t have booked a better stay. Thanks so much!!!

The staff member weren't very attentive to the front desk. It was also left unattended alot. Housekeeping never serviced my room but once and i was there for a week. I was out of the room majority of the daytime and returned at night with dinner. My trash wasnt emptied until i sat my trash can outside my room door. Just horrible. Pros: Close to highway. Walking distance to mall, food, restaurants and bar. Newly constructed. Fast check in and check out. Pro/Con: Animals welcome, great if traveling with pet but awful if you’re allergic or prefer not to be greeted by large animals at the elevator. There were too many dogs for me during my stay. Cons: Don’t expect a southern breakfast nor water at Spark. Cleaning regimen unsatisfactory. Upon entering the room Wednesday night, it appeared neat. Further inspection I noticed carpet hadn’t been vacuumed because crackers were under desk chair and bathroom floor was not clean. Thursday morning we asked housekeeper if they would be cleaning our room and was told no we don’t clean daily. Since it was Thanksgiving we assumed it was due to the holiday but Friday we had to request she empty the garbage and exchange out the used towels. Still no vacuuming of carpet nor cleaning bathroom was done. Saturday the same but no clean towels. Stayed Wednesday-Sunday; but not once did the cleaning staff service the room, hopefully they did a better job once we checked out. This was not the exception for a Hilton associated hotel. Thankfully we got this hotel on an Expedia discount otherwise we’d be outta there! We came with 24 people for the holiday, they were served hot southern breakfasts, a variety of fruit, juice, water and had daily cleaning without asking at the two other hotels booked. I will pass on booking a Spark hotel in the future, discount or not.
