Got this room for my parents and they were treated poorly. My mom needed late check out for her appt the next day at UAMS. They asked for late check out the night they arrived and was told the next day that they had to get out or be charged another night. They did not investigate the situation. I will not be suggesting this hotel for anyone. Poor customer service towards my parents.

I enjoyed my stay, only thing missing from room was my coffee pot, however when telling front desk they were polite, apologize for the inconvenience and offered to get house keeper to bring me one.
