Room Quality - 4/5 Staff - friendly and professional + esp the lady who was taking care of our room done a excellent service. Amanities - we didnt use pool, gym or breakfast/bar so no comment. We were out to spend most of our time at disneyland and get food outside of hotel. Cons. Our bathroom shower head makes a loud noise whenever it is tilted until we turn off the water I should have asked how much is the hidden fees for this hotel: they charged me $20 each night Parking lot has multiple dips and cracks, so be careful driving + inly few rows of the parking spots has the white linings and after that, there was no white linings which resulted in everyone parking weird Disappointed that room doesn't come with microwave Room: Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed (High Floor) # of stays: 4 nights Total cost: $665.43 (this was with onekey cash i had: $197.21) Parking: $35/night HIDDEN FEES: $20/night 14.5% Tax: $2.90/night GGTID Assmt - Dest Fee (?????): $0.50/night Total cost: $233.60 Grand total for 4 nights: $899.03 :)….

om maintenance could be improved. We initially requested a room change due to an unpleasant view from a third-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows that did not open. As I was traveling with my daughter, this was not an ideal experience. Additionally, the mini fridge in our room did not function properly. We also had to request and pay an additional nightly fee for a microwave. Given that the hotel markets itself as a family-friendly property in a Disney-area neighborhood, I believe microwaves should be a standard in-room amenity. While there was a community microwave available, it was located far from our room, which is not particularly convenient for parents after a long day at a cheer competition. The front desk staff experience was mixed; however, the valet and bell staff were outstanding. They provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time and truly stood out during our stay. Lastly, I would recommend including breakfast for all guests. This would further align with the hotel’s family-focused branding and enhance the overall guest experience.
