I really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was great however I was there for three nights and I made the front desk aware of the issue with an AC in my room. The refrigerator didn’t work and the tub faucet had a leak and one day the housekeeping did not even come to my room. Even after bringing it to the attention of the front desk, they still did not sent anyone to my room to resolve the issue.

During our stay, there were multiple fire alarms going off at all hours of the night. So many other guests ended up checking out, and maybe it was a malfunction, but either way, we did not get any sleep. We were completely exhausted when it was time to head to Disneyland, which was supposed to be a special trip for my birthday and my very first visit. The front desk took my information and promised a manager would reach out. I never received a call or email. I called multiple times a day, and after three days I was finally able to speak to someone—only to be given a manager’s email. Even after reaching out, I never received any response or acknowledgment. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. What should have been a memorable weekend, turned into frustration and disappointment due to lack of sleep and lack of customer service.

Normally this hotel is pretty good. But this time our room and service was below average. We we got our room the beds did not look maid well. Looked messy. The top sheet had a rip in it by the seam. Our towels were very thin. They also did not clean our room when we left for the day. We had to go down and get towels to shower for the morning. This was below the standard we have had at this hotel. Disappointing

I brought my wife and two kids and they loved it. Had everything we needed for our stay to be perfect. Thank you to the staff and everyone at this hotel that made it amazing!
