"This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75. The location is right by I-35. Be mindful of this because there is the freeway noise, the construction noise, construction. The room “looked” clean. But, we all had red bumps that itch all over. The TV in the room did not work. It said network issue and to contact front desk. This is not something I expected from Fairmont. I will not be returning."

"Room 759 had stained floors dirty walls the hallways looked like a vacuum hadn’t been ran on them in weeks. Felt ripped off for 400 a night. Me or my 150 employees will never stay here again.
