The property is beautiful, extremely well maintained and the amenities are endless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool / hot tub are wonderful with great hours for someone who is staying at the hotel on business. Same with the room service which is 24 hours. All the restaurants/cafes had delicious food. All in all I would give the Fairmont Austin a perfect 10!

Booked for August 23, 2025 but when we got there to check in, we were told that there was no hot water and no food would be available either. We were helped at the counter and we were offered a refund and help, booking another hotel close by.
