"After reading reviews, I was slightly concerned about staff being rude or not available, however, we found that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The staff was AMAZING. So kind, courteous, and helpful. The grounds were lovely and the amenities were great. We will definitely go back for a quick family weekend! "

"We loved our stay here! The hotel's location in the middle of downtown was super convenient for getting around. We visited with our dog. Pets stay free here. The room was clean, cozy, and even had a small kitchenette with pots, plates, and cutlery — really handy for quick meals. The bathroom was spotless and had all the essentials. The staff and housekeeping team were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Shoutout to our housekeeper -Yarely!! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Houston!"
