The room was okay but it was difficult to access it...no instructions for the weird card entry or instructions to use the card in the elevator. The room does not have an exhaust fan...not good. The phone also didn't work. We felt like the hotel wasn't yet completed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our birthday staycation. From the valet, check-in, lobby ambiance and room, everything was great. We also received a warm welcome treat bag. The hotel is in a great walking location to Rainey Street and even the Congress Bridge. It's also not a far ride-share distance from 6th Street and other downtown lunatics. I will definitely stay at this location again if wanting another city staycation.

The lady at the check in desk was extremely rude and not welcoming! Pretty disappointing for a hotel like this! My room had stains on the floor and the tub had hair and black Stains as well! It was a pretty pricey hotel to be this dirty and not welcoming. Would like to speak to a manager. Thanks

Such a great place to stay. We have been to Austin 5 times and always stay here.. Rainey St. walkable good food and drinks. A short uber ride downtown. Staff is great, rooms are amazing. Wouldn't stay anywhere else..
