Need more work on the cleaning floors we’re dirty looked like need to be mopped. Wasn’t aware of a quit time by 10pm all music everything had to be off . But overall it was a okay hotel

Overall this was a great stay. My only problem is the complete of integrity by Experian. I reduced my stay from 3 days to 2 days and Experian sent me an email with the lower price. Then they told me that I would have to pay the original price. Experian didn’t agree to the new price that they sent to me (I still have the email). Dirty company and I don’ t plan to use them again. Placemakr was fantastic. Experian lacks integrity so please be cautious of them. Dirty.

Nice location but the place was not the cleanest. The floor in my room was extremely sticky and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and one on the kitchen counter.

It was an okay stay for location, theres alot of construction outside of property.Water in the unit had a smell when showering and there were bugs i side unit. When checking in there was only 1 person working counter and a long line, there was also a random person that walked into unit around 4pm, im assuming that worked there but didnt provide any service for cleaning or needs and just ran away. Rooms were cold and clean, location was great, but lacked hospitality. Overall was an ok stay.

The placemaker residence was awesome! Great getaway for a couple to rekindle the romance. Very close to everything. Shopping, restaurant, the metro rail, 6th street, great walking experience. Will definitely stay there again!
