Love staying here when we come to Austin. Nice staff, easy to get a hold of through text or a walk downstairs. The place is a bit of a maze but once you get the hang of it its awesome! Cool pool. Close to the hustle of downtown. Amazing restaurants nearby. I wouldn't even bother with another hotel again. Love placemakr Austin and the placemakr in San Antonio the Maverick! :)

The room was clean even though there were a few random cockroaches running around. I think from all the rain. We couldn't get the wifi to work . Otherwise it was a cheap way to stay just outside of the heart of Austin. The Moonshine Grill around the corner was amazing.

It’s was ok but could have offered more things seemed like I had to pay more money than anything. Had to be moved from one room to another because I knew that what I paid for and once I got to the room was the wrong size so they did move me to a different room. Had a little problem with the TV, but my boyfriend ended up fixing the TV to where we was able to watch TV.

A roach called out of my sink and across the countertop. I found the shedded skin on the carpet. When I told the staff about it, they did not seem surprised. I was comped my parking but this did not feel like enough was done. When I got up, I saw a larger roach crawl under the bed.

It’s like having an apartment. The only thing that takes getting used to is the codes to use everything. I’m sure they have their reasons (for example obviously the security) but that’s the only thing that sticks out and it’s not necessarily a con. I highly recommend it
