"I loved the exposed brick walls, the quietness of the room, and the enormous blackout curtains. My only disappointment was the lack of availability of room service, and the limited hours of the restaurant/bar which closed earlier than posted. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful."

"The property was beautiful and conveniently located near everything we needed. My family and I stayed here while attending a game at State Farm Arena and doing some sightseeing, and the location was excellent. I also appreciated that the property provides extra supplies in the “Stash” for guests if needed. Unfortunately, when we were instructed to get toilet paper from there, the supply was empty. We called the front desk and were told that toilet paper would be delivered to our room. After several follow-up calls, we were eventually informed that, due to a language barrier, the toilet paper had been delivered to the wrong room. Unfortunately, we never received it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the property, but improving communication and ensuring that guest supply stations remain stocked would make the experience even better."
