The hotel was fine, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The virtual check in was awful but the lady that saved me from the virtual check in was very nice and made check in pleasant. As far as amenities, it's coffee and vending machines but the coffee was good.

We have stayed at this location many times but this time i had to ring a doorbell to get into the lobby. I did not like the virtual check in procedure once inside. It was very hard to hear what the clerk was saying. The ice machine was broken on our floor so i had to go to the floor below to get ice. I did appreciate the locked doors to enter each floor though.

Not a Hilton but clean and comfortable. It needs some paint but I couldn't see that from my room. Parking was secure and only $15/night. I stayed 2 nights for the Peach Bowl for $255 (total) plus parking. Great location for that at a great price.

This hotel was in a safe location, easy access to the interstate, was clean and was reasonably priced. However, the rooms are small and seemed like a dorm- very, very basic. The whole facility seemed plain, old, bare and minimal. Vending machines in lobby and only coffee in the morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a virtual attendant and a machine that printed my room key. The staff I saw were friendly but I was called 10 minutes before check out time to remind me of the time then someone knocked on my door with 3 minutes to check out- that was a bit much.

We were extremely disappointed with this Motel 6. We should have known it was going to be bad when we had to be let into a dark empty lobby where the check in process was completed by a remote offshore employee that could not answer any questions I asked. There was a dead roach in the bathroom, the bed sheets were covered in animal paw prints and hair, the air conditioning unit was rusted over and loud, and the hallways smelled of mold and curry. I am asthmatic and highky allergic to mold so we had to leave the premises immediately. We were told we would be receiving a full refund over the phone but now they are going back on that and have denied the request. Now the battle will begin to try recouping our costs. Stay away from this motel.

The virtual check in is so weird and impersonal. Parking is not free for our car had to pay $15. Keycards malfunctioning. Noisy location by highway. Weird motel location in the center of downtown. No outside access (had to use a keycard) which is why i booked this hotel to start with.
