It would be better to hand out or offer earphones before the flights. I asked for some but didn’t get them.
expensive trip you have to pay for everything
The seats were very close. I'm 5'9 and my knees where touching the chair in front of me.
Very helpful to my sister who has an injury. When she bought her seat, they gave me a free seat so I could sit next to her. They gave the mother of a 4 month old child a row all to herself, moving out of the aisle seat next to me. Then the flight attendant told me I could move to the aisle seat away from my sister’s injured arm. They went above and beyond the call of duty to provide assistance to us. Flight attendant was very friendly and engaging. Also we arrived in Atlanta early. Great flight!
Everything was an easy
TSA employees need to relax a little. So uptight and unnecessarily rude.
Pilot kept us informed. We had bad turbulence, but knew it was coming. They kept us at ease as much as possible.
there was a medical emergency in my row and the staff were well prepared and super friendly and accommodating!
Requested window, even spoke with supervisor at delta who gave notes to ATL about it and the gate attendant very quickly dismissed me as if that whole thing never happened. I get ill easy if not by window. Flight ok but not feeling best
