"The lobby and food were great—freshly remodeled, nicely decorated, and the food was delicious. The room itself was also well put together and inviting. The staff was accommodating, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My only concern was the cleanliness. The pillowcases had visible stains, the shower wasn’t very clean, and there were stains around the toilet area. The couch in the room also had noticeable stains. I didn’t report it at the time because I was extremely tired and only stayed briefly—Got there at 10pm ish and I had a surgery around 5 a.m. and needed to leave by 4 a.m."
