The room had a door in common with another guest’s suite. The other guest was actually a large group of people that seemed to be conducting business for a company at all hours of day and into 10-11 pm. Did not enjoy being stuck next to this group people who had clearly rented out numerous adjoining rooms the last of which had a door in common with my room. Unpleasant stay.

It was a good property and updated physical plant. The thing that was very disappointing was that Valet was full and the valet staff on Friday December 5th was overwhelmed and told me there was no room to valet. They sent us with vague directions to an offsite parking and expected us to carry bags from the off site. Thankfully I pressed them on that and unloaded at the hotel. If not I would have had a 9 minute walk to the property with my luggage. Terribly not planned for a busy weekend. I had to either walk or rent a scooter to get to car daily. This morning when I left at 5:00am with it dark it wasn’t the safest. This is my main complaint. Other than this the property and staff were good. Just think figuring out better options for parking on a big weekend is crucial to the customer experience and safety.
