The room was clean the staff was friendly valet was quick and they offer a $10 voucher to the restaurants inside the only complaint is house keeping coming at 8am disturbing sleep, but they were polite. Would stay again.

Not that I was charged a $27 destination fee. I was told at check in about the $100 deposit for incidentals and $55 per day valet parking. I leave the hotel and get a $27 credit card alert. I call and was told it was a destination fee. No other context. It’s principle, why are you charging this? How am I benefiting from this fee? I’m still waiting on a response about this before I call my credit card company. This is a scam.

Not a business friendly hotel. In desperate need of renovations and decorating. The service from the staff with 2 exceptions was inattentive. The wifi in my room was so poor I had to use my phone wifi but my colleague 2 floors up had full signal. The "Destination fee" offered 2 bottles of water, they ran out for 3 days so no water, I pressed the phone button for guest services, no answer. At the front desk I was told there are no more guest services, you call the front desk. There is no button on the phone for front desk. The restaurant chair coverings looked as if they had never been cleaned or even vacuumed. A good number of the items on the menu and the drinks list were not available. The room I had was clean and quiet and everything in the bathroom worked ok. At least I could sleep. The widows were filthy. In its day when it was the Sheraton, it was probably fine but that was years ago it seems. Definitely not a hotel for business.

Went to the breakfast buffet, there was hair in both of our food. After finding our server who was missing most of our time we were there, she took our plates and said they wanted to see the hair in the back. She disappeared for another 15 minutes, and when she came back she just gave us the bill and walked away. We lost our appetite and couldn’t continue to eat after seeing hair in both of our food. The server then came back over and said the lady/manager in the back said it’s none of their hair, insisting we put our own hair in the food. No one helped us further with the matter. Absolutely unprofessional

Room was great great location great people/staff mostly. Definitely would go back. The only thing I didn’t like was the bar staff said they would be open till 11:30 the night we stayed because it was a game night so we rushed back after and they were closed a little disappointing so we had to go somewhere else. Also don’t spend your money on the buffet not good!
