"I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are so clean and nice. Staff is always friendly and helpful in the lobby getting you checked in properly. There is a restaurant located downstairs which is easy access for drinks and dinner. The room staying nice and cold with the AC in each room while sleeping"

"Staff was very friendly but property was somewhat in help of cleaning, especially the indoor pool area (looked like nobody cleaned up after the guests in a long time). Also went to eat at their restaurant which was extremely disappointing. Good service, although our soft drinks showed up a few seconds before our meal. Calamari was not crispy at all, Beet salad barely had any beets and over was saturated with dressing. Was extremely shocked that the sodas were $7.00 each. I realize it’s a hotel restaurant but seriously, I work at a resort by Yosemite and our soft drinks only cost $4.00. The chicken wings were also a miss as they were tiny, especially for $20.00. If it wasn’t for the location (we booked a fishing charter for my kids 13th birthday) I’d never stay here again. $45.00 for self parking wasn’t mentioned when I booked either. Overall I’d give the whole experience a 4 out of 10."

"The photos make the hotel look nicer than it is. It's a pretty worn-down building. The elevator malfunctions, there's many stains on the carpet in the hallway, and the doors are all heavy doors that lock automatically. So in the morning I heard over 15 people slamming their doors shut instead of gently closing their doors. The staff are very friendly."

We asked for utensils and coffee, but the receptionist told us to go to the restaurant to pick up utensils and get coffee sachets from reception. When we asked, the restaurant staff said they couldn't provide utensils because we didn't buy food there. "
