I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel last weekend, especially given that it markets itself as a luxury property. To start, the window in my room was off track, allowing unwanted light to pour in and making it difficult to rest properly. The TV system was another frustration—I was unable to cast programs from my phone, which is a basic expectation at this price point. In the bathroom, the shower glass panel was loose, raising both safety and quality concerns. What stood out most was the lack of attentiveness at checkout. No one asked how my stay was, nor did anyone show interest in guest feedback. Instead, the experience felt overly focused on nickel-and-diming for every small charge, rather than delivering the level of service and comfort that should be the core responsibility of a luxury hotel. Overall, the stay fell well below expectations, and the issues encountered suggest a focus on revenue over guest experience. Unfortunately, this was not the level of quality or service I would expect, and it left me with no desire to return.

Highly recommend this hotel. Only reason we did not give 5 stars is because before booking we called to confirm the pool was open and was informed that it was. But when we arrived 3days after booking we were told that the pool was closed due to construction for the past few weeks. However, front desk staff waived our daily parking fees due to the inconvenience. That was greatly appreciated. We will be back again.

Hotel is very nice and new. There are four restaurants within the hotel complex which is great. Only real complaint was a subpar TV in the guest room. Had a great meal at GrillMarx - our waitress, Jillian W. was fantastic!
