The staff were friendly. There is miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel as the hotel didn’t want to honor my daily breakfast as ordered from the site. The hotel was getting maintenance which is what they blamed my rooms cockroaches on. I had to change rooms because that’s just gross. Location is a little hard to handle. There’s not any food options in close proximity, best have a car.
Got there and was told they overbooked and we had to go somewhere else. Very rude as well and not in a good area. U should be told ahead of time if they overbook before you drive 2 hours to the location.
Bathroom floor was dirty. The bath tub had been painted and was pealing. They were doing work on the property and had plastic down on the floors. Carpet was dirty and old. Staff was nice.
