Nice oceanfront room, some things need fixing. Barn door coming off hinges, shower-not much pressure. No other choices for coffee but Starbucks. Would it be overly expensive to have a pot of joe in the lobby for guests?? Also $20 to park per day when the lot was never 1/4 full— a bit much! Would like a microwave in the room to reheat food, drinks etc. Signs in halls hard to read! That color typeface is just too light! Mattress on bed rolls you to the center maybe time for a change??

Everything about this hotel was excellent, including a clean and well appointed room, the many onsite food and drink options, nice access to the beach, tiki hut with live music, clean hotel areas and really nice staff. The Cocoa Beach area, however, had much to be desired. There really wasn't a lot to do outside of the hotel (already had great access to the beach) and in general the area is a bit rundown and dated.

It is a very nice place. The only thiing was during the day they were remodeling the room above us and the banging was loud at times. But they did stop around 6 pm. But over all the staff was great the food and drinks were great. The place was very clean. We are definitely planning on staying again. Beach access is convenient. We were able to see a rocket launch so that was awesome.

Staff was wonderful. Our flight was early and we were so tired. They let us in our room to catch up on sleep. Then the property is right on a beautiful beach. Walking distance to a Publix and restaurants. And we were minutes from our cruise port. I would recommend. 10/10!

We had a few hicups but Katie took care of them for us!!! I do think it should be free parking for people staying over night. Seems like just trying to make a buck. Also if you don’t want people buying the breakfast over the website then don’t offer it. I felt like when I was a kid getting free lunch in school everyone looking at us and we were treated differently for using it. The hotel is nice however they were working on parts of it and it was nosiy.

Hotel is not insulated. Guests in surrounding rooms appeared to be IN the room WITH you; above, adjacent and below. Literally awakened multiple times by conversations and noise that appeared to be at the foot of the bed in the middle of the night. Same during the day. Thin walls is an understatement.
