Great Resort with Top Notch Pools

Room was large, clean and modern. The resort was gorgeous, staff friendly and pool complex amazing. The water in the pools was perfect and the lazy river was a highlight. Dining options were numerous and pretty decent.

Terrible experience. The room smelled of offgassing plastic. Every time we returned, we had to air it out. The air conditioner was unbelievably noisy. You advertise room service, but it only happens begrudgingly and the server couldn't wait to explain things and literally dropped our tray and ran. In addition to the room, delivery charger is a service charge, but the person delivering the room Service said that was not a tip. Seemed like a rip off. The restaurants were subpar with respect to food, quality, and service. The drinks were watered down and not very good. You should invest in some bartenders who know what they're doing. The pay-per-viewmovies that we had intended on watching was unavailable in the evening when we wanted to watch them because of some technical issue. On the plus side, the valet guys were very nice. But that's not enough for us to ever consider returning. You guys get an F.

Our check-in process was okay. I said hello good afternoon, no response and she proceeded with asking me for first/last name. I gave her my credit card that I paid with the room in her hand and she returns it and left it on the counter( while I had my hand reaching out for it), same thing with the card for the room. Typically check in processes are much more welcoming, warm, respectful and are friendly. Despite our check in process it was great. Staff and fellow people were extremely nice.
