"The Beau Rivage was extremely clean and well maintained. I found all the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. I watched two women show up at the pool demanding a cabana, which were sold out, complain about the price, then demand that the staff take an umbrella from another guest to give to them. The manager found them a location under an umbrella. The women did not even say thank you, but the staff kept smiling. It's a great property, but many of the restaurants and amenities are currently closed. Masks are required, and guests without a mask are politely handed a mask by the staff. The Beau Rivage is located right next to the pier, lighthouse and visitors center. It was built in 1999, but has an iconic feel. It reminded me of a mini version of the Gaylord in Nashville, but with a casino. I would stay here again if I return to Biloxi. "
