This is an extremely nice, updated Hampton Inn that is located directly across the street from the beach (the nearest crosswalk to get to the sand is a 6-7 minute walk on a well-kept sidewalk). The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to say hello to the guests, the breakfast is delicious with varied hot and cold options, and the room was spotless. Parking was free in the hotel's own lot, and it was well-lit at night. Overall, the entire property feels safe, clean, and welcoming while the room was simply perfect. My only possible complaint is that I miss the old days when all Hampton Inns provided free cookies, but this property isn't at fault for corporate policy changes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND--this is a great property and an easily accessible location to the beach (restaurants are just a few minutes drive away).

Nice!

Didn’t mean to come in the middle of Cruising the Coast. Although, it was still great with all theses old cars it was a real vibe! Room was clean could see the water across the street with beach access. The only thing I have to say is the bed was hard and pillows could be more supportive . I will definitely go back!

The hotel hot breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and good food. The elevators were very quick with little to no wait time, and we were on the 5th floor. The parking situation was a little tight. My major complaint was that the hotel was billed as having "direct beach access" on Expedia, but in reality it was on the land side of a major, very busy four lane roadway. The hotel stressed that we should not cross in front of the hotel and should either drive to the beach or walk to a landmark lighthouse where there was a traffic light. That was 1/4 mile away so we opted to drive. The hotel is a short few minutes drive from several great restaurants and casinos.

No manager avaiable the next to lady day to cancel the last day of a 7 day stay until Monday morning. The washing machine was not avaliable Sunday to use. No managet available on the eeekend to take care of yhe problem.
