Room fine recently renovated. Shower initially didn’t work and needed maintenance. That was disappointing. The staff were absolutely terrific-one better than the other- staff very kind and welcoming and responsive. A special shout out to Amanda at the front desk who we fell in love with and also a thank you to manager Melissa for some help. The only issue we had was the hallway carpeting. Looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in over a week. It certainly wasn’t vacuumed the whole time we were there Wednesday thru Saturday) and it was filthy. Someone really needs to look into this. It was embarrassing otherwise a fine stay and overall good value

Spacious clean room, comfortable bed, large tv, responsive staff. However, it was quite difficult to connect to the internet. We have been traveling for two weeks and this is the first glitch we've had, so I know it isn't our devices. I worked with IT over the phone for 45 minutes to get two devices hooked up; the other one immediately disconnected.

When arrived on the 20th my service was horrible the lady at the desk wasn’t very friendly. She talked with a low voice and when I asked her I didn’t hear you. It seem like it was a problem for her to say it a little louder. And key card she didn’t say that we needed to place on the reader pad in the elevator we were very tried we just wanted to go to the room and rest for a little while. But we couldn’t bcz the button for our floor didn’t work. So if she was helpful you won’t be getting this rating from me. I give a score if I have good service but this time didn’t . Hope you could understand what I’m saying on this service I had.
