The first room didn't have a tub and the second room was out of everything but stains. No shampoo. No conditioner. No body soap. No lotion. A small bar of soap for hand washing. And no microwave oven. The ac was blowing hot muggy humid air as if it was pulling from a reservoir of human sweat and body odor. Hated every part of this place. Will never stay here again.

Staff "Jade was very rude! Have visited many times & this time we were told that we were to loud on a holiday opening event. She sprouch saying they were having customer complaints. We were the only ones in the spa area. We pay way to much to feel unwelcomed! It was my birthday weekend & it was absolutely ruined by Jade! While explaining to Abby what happened Jade felt the need to argue with me while talking with Abby the Mgr. Very unprofessional!!
