"Beautiful property with amazing staff who were so attentive to our needs. The jacuzzi area was lovely, especially during sunset. Room was very spacious and I usually get sick of staying in one hotel room for more than a few days but not this one! We loved being able to make tea and/or coffee daily. The only hiccup was the air conditioning unit - very finicky and it felt like we had to choose between the arctic or a sauna. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying in Banff."
