We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your hotel. It was conveniently located and quiet. Suited our families needs. The room was spacious and clean. We particularly liked the balcony with mountain view. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great!

Overall a decent stay. I just didn't like how they handle Expedia reservations. We were 4 rooms all were given rooms on the lobby level next to the elevator and one room right across from the breakfast hall. We had a 2 year old kid, after requesting they finally gave a room on the second floor. I was willing to pay for the upgraded rooms as well. Working in hotels, I understand how hotels treat 3rd party reservations and this was a classic example of that.

The disappointment was the first experience my family got when we arrived at the property. The parking is underground and there was no clear instructions saying you need to check-in first to access the parking. Many guests could be stuck at the enterance ramp and could cause accidents. I had to backup my car and got a honk from behind as other guests didn’t know better what had happened. At the reception, the staff filipino older lady wasn’t at the front desk and was playing her cellphone. I had to ask for her attention. She did the job of checking in but, spoke so fast and inconsiderate towards the guest. Maybe she needs to look for another job beside doing the front desk. Front desk is the face of a hotel. The breakfast room staff was good though. Room size is adequate.

Breakfast spread is simple but definitely adequate to keep us full. Love the self service hot coffee/ tea machine at the lobby. Heated pool is small and good when not crowded. Accommodation is dog friendly. Location is walkable to town. Could be quite unstaffed as when I checked in and based on 2 more days of observations, each time one staff at the reception counter is Incharge of 1) check in check out 2) monitoring of camera security 3) additional towels / soap disbursement 4) mopping of lobby floor Etc etc Anyway all’s good.

A fantastic stay! The in-room jacuzzi was spotless and provided the perfect relaxation after a day of travel. The complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight—fresh, hot, and offered a great variety of choices. Highly recommended!
