The hotel staff were amazing from start to finish. Great welcomes, however it was the little touches that made a different. When I asked for a wine glass the porter (can not remember his name) also dropped off a wine crank just in case. When I mentioned I needed coffee for my drive back the next day Petra (sp?) asked me to bring her my Yeti and she filled it up! Exceptional room, very clean and comfortable. Gave four stars as the restaurant had a great atmosphere and food was decent, however the serving staff were a touch green. Not terrible, just not really great.

The Otter hotel is an excellent & newer property. The front desk employees were outstanding in going above and beyond to help us locate our lost ski rentals. The rooms were very clean, and the hot pools were amazing after a long day of skiing. There is also a great restaurant/coffee bar adjacent to the hotel. Free heated underground parking was a huge bonus in the winter. I definitely would recommend the Otter Hotel.

Front desk was extremely helpful in ensuring a smooth check-in and overall experience. They helped facilitate ski rental delivery, ski shuttles, and bus tickets which made our stay feel seamless. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for our needs and the hot tub / gym / sauna facilities were a great touch. Would happily stay again!

The wood features and color palette throughout the hotel and rooms is so inviting and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite part was most definitely the hot pools ans fluffy robes. This was the perfect was to unwind after various winter excursions. The underground, heated parking garage was a wonderful perk as well as the free Banff Roam transit pass. I highly recommend staying at this property while in Banff.

Rooms were large with smart tvs and clean bathrooms. Lots of perks staying here through Expedia (free parking, free ski lockers, free shuttle pass to town and ski mountains) the restaurant downstairs was delicious as well. In addition, the gym had good exercise equipment and the hottub was amazing with the view! We loved our stay at the otter hotel.
