This is one of the best hotels in Banff! With amazing views from the room and amenities like the hot pools, we loved our stay here. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff at the hotel was so welcoming and I love the coffee and tea they provided for our room. The pour over coffee set up was great!

I absolutely loved my stay at the otter hotel, the amenities, clean room and food at the restaurant downstairs were amazing. The only thing I would stay is that the restaurant service was very slow. Otherwise, the hotel itself is wonderful!
