Simply average stay overall. Location is great other then construction outside the front door starting every morning around 7am. This is a very older clean accommodation. Just lacking updated mindset management. What do i mean; rooms clean but outdated, breakfast is nothing to brag about. Really like your place, but for this cost?

This is a quaint mountain hotel in a prime location at the heart of Banff. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ready to assist you with anything you need. There is a warm, welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby. The rooms are nice and clean. They offer a typical continental breakfast in a unique location. But with all the surrounding restaurants, you need not go far for anything. It makes a great location to explore Banff’s Main Street and beyond.

Excellent hotel and service. Beautiful interior. Just one comment to help potential guests would be for the hotel to disclose the construction underway on the street and neighborhood and what to do to park temporarily to be able to get the paid park permit for indoor parking

Loved my "Brewster Suite". The jacuzzi tub was the unsung hero of this ski trip! Staff was friendly, location was great, a the rooms are nice. 3rd time staying here and I will be back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. The hotel was conveniently located; the staff were friendly and helpful (we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling on our third day that was fixed and cleaned within a few hours) and the room was just the right size. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Banff.
