"So many great things about this hotel!!! First, they serve dinner, not just a few snacks like some hotels do. And with many healthy and delicious options too!! They even have a section with kid favorites! We were more than impressed with that! The breakfast is also really good!!! The rooms are spacious and the room cleaning service (which many hotels barely offer anymore) is also outstanding. The hotel is very well kept, kid friendly, and super close to the city’s main attractions. Finally, the staff, and I mean every single employee we encountered, was very friendly!! Chris, the front desk employee, was particularly helpful in helping us book local tours and in orienting us to the area. Highly recommend this amazing hotel and would most definitely stay here again!!! Thank you and thank you!!!"

"I had another amazing stay at Virgin Hotels while celebrating my birthday in New Orleans with my friend! This was actually my second year celebrating my birthday here, and once again, they did not disappoint. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a great atmosphere. The rooftop bar has delicious food and drinks, making it the perfect place to relax and celebrate. The valet attendants were excellent, especially the kind gentleman who greeted us with such warmth. The front desk team also provided exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful—I slept so well! Thank you, Virgin Hotels, for helping make another birthday celebration so memorable. I can’t wait to come back again!"
