The photos shows the Caesars tower, but I was actually in the Harrah's Hotel which is old and dirty. I had to request another room which was dirty as well. The bench and sofa had nasty stains, the walls were dirty and housekeeping never changed sheets. They just made the bed. I will never stay here again! Wish I could get a refund! False advertising.

The advertisement wasn’t actually Caesar’s Palace Casino, it was Harrahs which affiliated with Caesar’s. I ended up staying at Caesar’s but I had to pay $60 extra but I was so irritated and Harrah wasn’t an easy hike. So I just paid extra because I was tired after the long road trip. And to add insult to injury its $40 a day for parking! Hated it

This was not the hotel I thought I was staying at. Your site needs to list Caesar's hotel separate from Harrahs. It’s very confusing if you’re not familiar with the property. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I needed to request housekeeping. They didn’t come the first day so I had to call. They sent someone but it was very awkward. They didn’t replenish some of the towels nor the coffee mugs or items. The toilet made a clank every time you sit down. The shower made a loud howl sound and the water went cold. There were no restaurants in the hotel except a highly priced steak place. No one working there knew anything about the area to make suggestions. Overall I was disappointed in the stay.
