The room was okay. It's in a somewhat busy area of the city, so at times it was noisy. The bed skirt on my bed was soiled with something. The floors in the room could stand to be cleaned and there was a slight smell in the room. However, it served the purpose for my stay.

The hotel overall was great. The hotel was very clean. My only issue was just wear and tear of the place. The ceiling in my bathroom needs to be cleaned and repainted.

The trip was an overall great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and accessible. The hotel location is centrally located to everything a person would be inspired to see while visiting New Orleans. Overall, the property was modern with hints of history throughout the property, I’d for sure recommend this property.

Very enjoyable we were close by to everything we ended up leaving our clothes in Pensacola. We were able to go across to the Riverwalk and get something to wear to the concert. The concierge were great at calling us a taxi. Everybody was very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. We definitely Will stay there when we come back to New Orleans

I paid through Hotels.com but the Hyatt charged an extra $359.00 onto my card. I will never stay there again. They overcharged me and used my card that was suppose to be for incidental charges but they decided to use it for something else.

Great stay! I priced around for room rates and was expecting “ok” rooms for the rate. We could not have been more comfortable! Staff was super friendly! Had no problems from check in to check out! Valet parking was the best! Did not have to wait long at all for our car. Easy walk to Riverwalk to do some shopping.

Quick Stay at Hyatt Convention Center

Greeted well by Irealle and promptly checked me in. I booked for a King but got a 2 Queen instead. Breakfast included helped to start the day. Gary the valet gave me recommendations for restaurants and places to see since it’s my first time staying in NOLA. Angelisa was kind enough to add my Hyatt Reward member number on my reservation so I can get points for it. Not bad for a one night stay. Thank you for all the smiles!
