Noted a fire truck and firemen posted at the property. Apparently, the fire system wasn't working, therefore, fire department was on site to protect the guests. On the positive side, we were given 1 night free. Room service was impeccable. Front desk personnel very friendly. Coffee was good and breakfast was great. Walk to convention center is 1 minute. Local parking garage is literally falling apart, ie broken welds, large cracks in concrete decking, rusted steel, etc. Garage looks unsafe and strongly not recommended. Solid place to stay.

Overall everything was good. Breakfast was great & hotel is very convenient location for the Convention Center. This hotel could use a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning and furniture is getting beat up a bit. Staff was friendly, which always helps when you are tired & traveling

Breakfast food is OK. Staff is too slow. Staff did not do a good job. In my room, bugs on my bed. I asked the housekeeper lady to change my bedsheets and blankets. She did not change for me. The housekeeping lady did a bad job. Also, the front desk lady for the night shift did not do a good job. Terrible staffs.
