I think I was overcharged on my rooms and my mom forgot something in the room. When I called after checkout, it was only an hour since we left, and they said it wasn’t in there. We know exactly where it was left and are pretty sure someone took it or threw it out but didn’t want to admit to it

Hotel is new, clean… spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There’s a restaurant, 2 heated pools, rooftop for watching fireworks from Disney. A coffee shop/ store in lobby. Great staff… I got an amazing deal on 2 rooms. You can walk to Disney but it’s a long one but very convenient to Uber. Everything is great! My only issue was lack of hot water… it was warm but only 1 time was it actually hot and that was at 10:30 pm. Other than that.. amazing!

Excellent and friendly staff through out the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning with a good variety. Rooms were very clean overall very happy with our stay. We were there for Disneyland although it’s fairly close to Disney it’s not an ideal walk having to cross a freeway but they had a shuttle every 40 mins from 7 am until 11:30 pm so that was very convenient. I will would recommend the ViV hotel and stay again

We had a good one-night stay. The service was friendly, and our room was large and very clean, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The only disappointment was that the coffee maker in the room wasn’t working properly. We also had breakfast at the restaurant, and while it was okay, it didn’t stand out. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay.

An otherwise great stay was ruined by obnoxious resort fees. Upon check-in they sprang the nasty surprise that this hotel forces you to pay a mandatory extra fee that must be used each day on food. The fee is obnoxious because the restaurant isn't open early enough for guests going to Disneyland. Avoid this hotel and vote with your wallet against hidden fees.
