"Honestly, I thought the photos were more like renderings but the apartment really was that new and clean. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The listing said it was 3 stories with no elevator so i asked for a lower floor and they gave me the first one. Great access for anyone with a disability, out car was right in front of our door. Wynwood overall is not the safest area but I felt very safe on the property with the gate and the lighting. There was plenty of parking on the property so we were able to leave our cars there and take a 4 minute Uber to the heart of Wynwood where all the restaurants and stores are but very little parking. The communication was perfect and the instructions for all the gate codes were very clear. I would definitely stay there again. "
