"Pool was nice a little cool but you got used to it. We’re more beach people so we spent most of our time there. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Claudia,Isabelle, Yeplady (?) and Eduardo??, (not sure of the last two’s names sorry) went above and beyond! Rooms were well cleaned daily. Food was great!"

"The room was spotless we had a swim up room which really highlighted our trip. Our only negative was trying to make reservations to the restaurants. Nothing was available when we arrived nor for our entire stay. By a lot of wrangling and complaining we did manage to get reservations but it was difficult. That was the only negative "

"We loved our stay at the Grand Oasis! I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews I've read about this place. Our room was brand new and spotless. It was extremely spacious and the decor and lighting were very well chosen. The shower was amazing. The food at the resort is a real strong selling point - we loved the mexican a la carte, and maki taco was also great. Buffets can often be a weak point, but we found this one to be really high quality! Service was amazing across the board, with a special mention to the staff at the kids club who were really lovely, professional, and caring. Our daughter loved going. If I were pressed to find one negative thing to say, and this is very minor, some of the older photos show more stuff for kids in the pool, which seems to have been removed in recent years. (Slides, structures, etc.) Overall, for us, this place gets full marks - we would love to return and stay here again. "
