"Ivy at the front desk was exceptionally nice and gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat in Tulum. Additionally, Max was fun to talk to and super helpful with any questions that we had. Even though my friend and I speak Spanish, all of the hotel staff seemed to be pretty bilingual and able to communicate in English if needed. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that, but the food at the Copal Bistro Restaurant (the one in the hotel) was really good. The pasta and salmon that we ordered were excellent. A little bit on the pricier side, but good food, nonetheless. The hotel was clean and room service changed our sheets every day and cleaned the bathroom and emptied the trash. No complaints there. Even though we didn’t use it, the room came with pans to cook in, plates, glasses, knives, forks, spoons, toaster, and most things needed to cook. If I ever go back to Tulum, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend others to stay there."

"Our stay was phenomenal!! The place was clean, relaxing and peaceful. The staff was kind and gracious. The food was very good and the bed was soft and restful. I just felt so calm and peaceful there. the neighborhood was really upscale and walkable, with great places to eat nearby. It was my husband's birthday day and they decorated our room for him while we were out that day. Nice touch! It is a bit of a distance to the main city, about a 20 min walk. Rent some bikes. and you'll have no problem."
