"Great"

"We recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel UMass in advance of an accepted students visit on campus. The communications we received from the hotel before our arrival were clear so we knew how to find the garage to know where to park. Hotel check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I loved the UMass themed decor on the beds. After a good night's sleep, we saw a beautiful view of campus outside our window. Breakfast was included and available in the lobby. Breakfast had simple offerings of cereals, pastries, bread, yogurt, and a make your own waffle station. Gluten free offerings were available. Dairy-free milk was also available. Upon check out, we were able to leave our car in the garage for the rest of the day, which was perfect while we checked out campus. "

"Room was very dirty, especially the bathroom which had mold all over the shower walls and ceiling, bathroom sink with sucky substance all over them, blood on the toilet, and the toilet paper had stain on it."

"The room was clean and comfortable. We picked this particular hotel because of the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was out of service and the pool Was freezing cold. Breakfast in the morning was ok."

Room clean, but property a mess with unmaintained stairs smeared with a whole box of pizza, seedy patrons, tons of noise complete with yelling & cursing, thin walls, & a terribly uncomfortable bed. I literally didn't get any sleep as I kept waiting for a lull. Motel 6 should take their name off this place."
