This hotel was brand new and so the facilities were very clean, modern and functional. The massage chairs in the room is really nice touch. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made you feel right at home. They even gave us a little care package when we checked in with water and snacks. The parking was plentiful and convenient. The only weird thing is the location of this hotel which is off the main road in west Springfield behind an old abandoned hotel. This is the only reason I am not giving it 5 out of 5!

Yolanda and Victor were very friendly and welcoming. The have freshly backed cookies upon check in, butter croissants in the morning and a message chair in the room. Comfy beds, clean, beverage refrig, micro. Don't be alarmed by the abandoned hotel in the front as Blue is in the back.
