Room was spectacular, this is three years now we’ve been going there. Staff are professional and friendly. Casino is spotless, bar and floor staff great. Restaurants are really good, especially the steakhouse. We usually go off season, for good reason, we don’t like crowds. Great town too for eating and browsing, I’ve seen significant change in the town over the past three years, it’s changing…for the best.

Nice hotel. However, the walls are paper thin, noisy trying to sleep. They obviously know this is problem, they leave earplugs on the bedside table. Not a peaceful night’s sleep. Would be nice if they had a restaurant that serves breakfast, have two takeout spots, limited choices.

Check in was an absolute nightmare Surprise 50th Birthday- completely a nightmare No “complementary “ cake pops were left in room as stated they would be , check in took over an hour past original check in time - the need to argue with guests that rooms were not clean and there was nothing they could do is not acceptable.
