A little overpriced for a king bed that was broken on one side, so much that every time my partner shifted in their sleep it sounded like we were going down with the Titanic. Our bathroom was dirty with a leaking toilet, missing amenities and hair plastered to the shower wall. The term “hot breakfast” is false advertisement - you have to heat up your own bagel or toast…because everything else at the breakfast bar is cold. If I had spent less money I probably wouldn’t have much to complain about, but here we are…

Our room could have used a good cleaning. When we got to our room I noticed that the trash wasn’t taken out from the people before us. I brought it to the guy at the front desks attention and he took care of it immediately. Also, the first night we stayed there the water in the shower was backing up. I brought it to the managers attention the next morning and it was taken care of immediately by him personally. It’s not a bad place but it definitely needs to be cleaned better. I wouldn’t recommend but the manager is trying.

Beware

Rude desk clerk, questionable staff, mold in room, smell in hallway wretched, towels in bathroom still had stains, fridge needed defrosting. I don’t know what the box spring was made of, but it creaked at every movement. This place needs a lot of TLC. This place is a hard pass - don’t believe the online reviews.

We'd stay again!

Reasonably priced, convenient location, comfortable bed. Although the rooms were a bit dated, we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast selections were great.

This place was dirty and low-brow, and the facilities much in need of an upgrade. The windows don’t open, so the only way to get fresh air is to open your door. We were on the first level and had a chain-smoker next door, which was awful.

Room was full of black mold. Handle for shower fell off and drain came right out of the tub. Brought these to the front desk for checkout and the man working the desk was extremely rude to me.

Quality stay

Nice hotel clean with great service. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Quality of coffee and juice was weak. WiFi was weak. Beds were comfy. Shower needs attention. Fixtures old and not working well. No conditioner in shower. Aside from that the housekeeping staff was attentive and provided good service. They stay met my expectations.

One of the staff members was disrespectful. When I complained about one of the vending machines not working, he asked if I was ready to leave the hotel. I thought that was out of line. I had already paid for room and arguing over a vending machine was not worth the trouble. Also , the internet service was not good.

The room size and layout was good, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, the room smell was terrible and overwhelming; very likely caused by a dead animal in a wall or ceiling. Also the bathroom floor had hair on it and the bathroom door did not close at all, it does not fit in the door frame. The level of the room was very basic, which we were expecting (even though the price was very high, but that seems to be on par for the area this time of year). However the conditions were unsanitary and it's unconscionable to rent it in that condition.

Pay More for Better

Check in was simple and easy, front desk was nice and lobby was okay. The room smelled like cigarettes, sweat, and urine and it didn't help that the A/C had not been turned on prior to arrive and the room was very humid. The sheets and bedding were stained and overall the room felt unclean.

satisfactory for an overnight stay

perfect for a short one night stay. No healthclub or pool, but breakfast was decent and staff was very nice. Room was clean and bed fairly comfortable. Limited TV stations unless you subscribe to prime video or netflix
