"The automated check in gave us the wrong room, this was basic as we had paid for the better room, we reported back to reception and found someone to be told they were fully booked now in that part of the hotel. The lady on reception made a couple of phone calls and got us upgraded to the casino tower which was much nicer The room was lovely and had a great night sleep Lots of parking at the hotel which was free"

"Everything was great except the pools smelt like butt a fed popcorn. Guests were complaining we could not use the pool it was highly contaminated, I got a rash due to the dirty water, too many kids I think they should make hours or a specific section only for kids, this is not a hotel for kids all in the pool. Adults would like to ADULT."
