"We stayed here because my mom's air went out in her condo. The room was clean and cool! The hotel itself was clean and maintained. Virginia was helpful when we check in. Upon getting to our room we discovered the TV was not working. I went to the front desk and Virginia said she would call maintenance. I checked back again and still said about 30 mins for maint. Nothing ever came of it....tv didn't work all night. We went to bed. At 2am a family checked in and was placed above us. I called the desk and she said they should settle down soon. The running continued for almost 2hrs! At 530am we were awoken again by someone falling off the bed above us. I know motel 6 can't control this but checking a family in above someone at 2am is unacceptable. Other than this the room was clean, bed nice and temp good."
