The Wifi didn't work and that was stressful. I really didn't have time to ask for assistance but it wasn't working for any of the guests so it was an issue. Bummed about this. Besides that, great property.

Unfortunately they are remodeling their bar and restaurant at this time. But we’re accommodating in taking to local restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Van to Burbank airport was great as they did the time that I prearranged.

This is a great option if you want to be close to the park. The shuttle is pretty easy to use and we got on every time. The hotel has a bar/restaurant too which is convenient. The rooms are well appointed and recently updated. We always stay here when we are going to Universal Studios.

Clean room, nice people. Parking was tight, and the shuttle was fully booked when we reserved our room (3.5 weeks out). They did let us arrive early and park so we could make it to universal. But the shuttle was part of the reason I booked here.

Outdated hotel with poor service. I felt like I was just a number to the guy at the front desk. The hotel lobby felt dark and shabby like it hadn’t been dusted since the 1990s. I just think the rooms should be soundproof while I was there it was hard to fall asleep the cars driving down on Vinland blvd, seem to be next to my window.. I can hear the crickets and I was on the 7th floor..
