The building is old but well maintained. Also, Scott was very accommodating to transfer us to a different room where it’s more quiet so we can get some sleep. All staff are professional and kind. Everything is convenient to the hotel’s location.

Great room. Clean. We paid $35 for early check in to drop off stuff in the room at noon and head out. We sat down and ordered breakfast and I let the front desk that we were going to be a few minutes late after check out time to grab our luggage. So, at 1115am our key didn’t work. I had to go to the front desk to get the attendant to come to the 3rd floor to unlock our room. She was nice about it.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Coast Burbank Hotel last week. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really set the tone for our visit. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had such a warm, comfortable feel—perfect for a family trip. We appreciated how well-maintained everything was throughout the hotel. The location was exactly what we were looking for, making it easy to get around and enjoy our time in the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
