The outdoor pool was cold. Clean room. Next to I-5 so noisy but not too bacd in room. Staff was very good helping me get Lyft to Airport and train.

Wonderful staff—especially Fernando—for greeting us during check-in. He made us feel special and welcome! The room was clean and spacious, and the in-room mini fridge plus the ice machine on each floor really made the hot days more pleasant. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It is next to the highway, so you can hear traffic at night; however, it didn’t stop us from coming back. This is our third stay here, including twice in the past three months. "Runner girl" and family =)

The staff was friendly and professional. There's a few things we didn't like. The noise from our room. I think its coming from the AC or plumbing system. The handle from the faucet sink was terrible, it was hard to adjust from hot and cold. The housekeeper forgot to put shampoo and conditioner. We can also hear the people next door and since its closed by the freeway we can hear all the cars passing by especially the loud ones.
