Was allowed to check in earlier than expected to a comfortable room. The porters are welcoming and helpful. Hotel location is convenient with an option to take a shuttle, or walk to Universal Studios. However, the breakfast buffet had limited choices. I opted for Continental but was not initially advised of the two location sides, left and right to select choices. I felt there was inadequate food items to create a berry yogurt bowl. Only a few blue berries were scattered on the yogurt. I didn't see bananas or other berries, rasberries or blackberries.

We were visiting the Universal park from Scotland and would stay again in a heartbeat! Amazing and very friendly staff. Every single person we had contact with was helpful and kind. Lovely spacious, clean room and a great shower!

Beautiful place with excellent staffs. Everyone is friendly, smiley and funny. Super enjoy the hotel view we got - entire Universal Studios city landscape. Highly returning and recommending to everyone (getting higher tier room as well).

We booked this hotel because it is right across the street from Universal Studios Hollywood. Spacious rooms, very clean, they have a shuttle that picks you up from the front of the hotel and takes you to Universal City Walk. It's worth every penny.

Great location, everyone were pleasant!

From checking in to check out was excellent! Breakfast was great tons of good food selections! From checking in there and service were first class! Most of the workers were very friendly. Most if our shuttle drivers were pleasant some looked they were not happy doing their job! But most of all we would stay at the Hilton again and specially at this location! Thank you!!

I did like that it is so close to Universal Studios and they had a shuttle if you didn't want to walk. The majority of the hotel workers were very nice and informative. A couple of things I didn't like was, there was no place to hang up your towels. Also, everything should be included in the price or we should have been told up front about fees they added to the bill at the end.

We love this hotel! We visit every year to go to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios, and they always go above and beyond to make our stay great. The only complaint I have is that the AC system is not the greatest in the rooms, in the heat of the day it doesn’t cool the room well because of all the windows. Other than that - no complaints! The gym is great and functions to train while away from home. Restaurants are yummy, staff is friendly, beds are perfection. Then let’s talk about convenience, literally a 5 minute walk and your at the front gates of Universal Studios. Worth the price. Highly recommend.
