I asked to have a room with a view. The TV didn't work they got it to connect but the volume didn't work. The pillow was dirty and looked like it wasn't clean. The guest service lady that checked me in was rude.

The shuttle service was excellent and punctual. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that it was a bit far from dining options. However, the pool and hot tub provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of walking at Universal.
