Over-all, for the type of hotel, it was pretty good. The rooms were clean, but could use some cozy updating. The shades were old and broken and it has a cold feeling. Nothing special about the rooms at all. And for these reasons, I felt it was over-priced for the quality. I could've gotten a better room somewhere else for the price I paid. However, it was a safe neighborhood and a conveniently located... near a lot of attractions, restaurants, stores within walking distance, etc.. The only real issue I had was the fact that when I booked it via Orbitz, I was quoted a cheaper price, but was charged a higher price and didn't know it until afterwards when I looked at the receipt, and they would not honor the price I thought aI was getting when I called. That was frustrating, but not the hotels fault.

The location of the hotel was ideal; short drive to Warner Brothers studios. There was a free shuttle to and from which made getting there and back easy and saved us the cost of parking at WB studios. The rooms were nice. The pool was fun.

Room was big and clean. Mattress was too soft and saggy. Sheets were stiff with some sort of vinyl on them. We only had one little chair in the room. We had a disability room which we didn't know ahead of time. We liked going to the Coach Burbank affiliated hotel next door. They had a small restaurant and bar.
