My son missed his flight and you accommodated him at no extra charge and put him on the next flight.
I can't say enough about all the Alaska Airlines staff. I am not a frequent flier (prefer road trips) so didn't know what to expect. Everyone was very patient and courteous. Lost my boarding pass for the last leg of our flight (cell phone died prematurely). It took about a minute for the representative to get us printed boarding passes. The first leg of our trip the plane was packed. The flight attendants handled us all with smiles and patience. I couldn't ask for a better flying experience. Thank you.
Gray flight and staff, but seats are too narrow.
Good service and on-time flight.
I just want to add a special thanks to the pilots, who maneuvered some unexpected turbulence with great skill. Thanks, Alaska! I'll be back onboard soon. :-)

Flying from the capital of Silicon Valley, to the home of Starbucks, is an easy jump in the Pacific Northwest. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Seattle is the place for both sea and ski with a mild, year-round climate.
Picking up a rental car at Sea-Tac is a breeze, so hop in and see some of Seattle's finest sights, including the lovely Washington Park Aboretum. Or, check out Alki Beach Park for a great view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Downtown offers the Space Needle, the open-air Pike Place Market, as well as the waterfront.
You needn't go far from the airport to find a host of intriguing attractions. Westfield Southcenter Mall is just a couple miles away if you love shopping. Discovery Park has 11 miles of trails through forests and, along the shore, a 123-year-old lighthouse, providing you with excellent views of Seattle's scenery. Lucky visitors might catch sight of sea lions or orcas, out in the Sound.
Flying the 700 miles from San Jose International Airport (SJC) to Seattle takes about two hours. Seattle Tacoma Airport (SEA) hosts two dozen passenger airlines, servicing many domestic and international cities; an overnight layover in to a more distant destination would allow for a fun exploration of Seattle, as well as a great seafood experience.
