Getting Around
Serving the Twin Cities, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is also the state’s main aviation gateway. The most convenient place to pick up and drop off a rental car, it is near the world-famous Mall of America, as well as the stadiums and arenas that host the Vikings, Twins, Timberwolves and Wild sports franchises.
The airport is situated near several major roadways, including Interstates 35 and 94. The road network connects visitors to the Twin Cities and other points of interest, such as the Great Lakes Aquarium in Duluth and Judy Garland’s birthplace in Grand Rapids.

Car rental agency counters in Lindbergh Terminal 1 are located on Levels 2 and 3. Take the underground train to the Red and Blue parking ramps, and the elevator to the second and third levels. The Humphrey Terminal 2 rental counters are located directly across from the building on the ground level of the Purple parking ramp.
