Rudy Vasquez at the Las Vegas Airport United Airlines check in area was PHENOMENAL!! He was friendly, professional, very helpful, and super efficient. I could not have asked for more. Please train everyone the way he was trained!!!!
Cheap and consistent airline. They do a good job.
none of the seats are comfortable on any of the 3 companies we flew. no lumbar support and top of seat pushes your head forward. Extremely uncomfortable. The rest was great.
Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues, but it was fixed quickly and I still made my connection. Dan smell of gasoline the whole flight, which made me nauseous.
You guys rock, Frontier was the worst flight of my life on Monday, back and butt still recovering from those horrible hard seats.
Wish movies could be watched like on other airlines.
