"We chose this hotel for the location and that was perfect. We were a short walk from shopping, the Museum of Illusion, and most importantly, our play at Beull Theater. The common areas of the hotel were cute and fun and everything had a fresh feel but the room details were a bit disappointing. Our air conditioner did not work when we arrived. The engineer arrived promptly when called and got it working after 30 min but it only worked when set on 61 degrees, it was quite loud, and barely kept the room comfortable but it was comfortable. The refrigerator also had to be replaced as did the room phone. I suspect this was just really bad luck but it is worth noting. The beds were great and the staff was wonderful. We will be returning because, overall, it is the best choice when traveling into Denver for a show or concert."
